Dr. Rameesh Madourie is a STEM leader, educator, and purpose-driven speaker with over 13 years of experience supporting students, educators, and systems across K-12, Career Technical Education (CTE), and leadership spaces in the U.S. and internationally.

A school administrator and nationally respected voice in STEM education, Dr. Madourie is known for designing and implementing effective STEM programs that transform vision into action through The Why STEM Advantage™—a purpose-driven approach that strengthens pathways, leadership, and outcomes.

Dr. Madourie is co-founder of STEMVise 360 LLC and host of the Why STEM Podcast, where he elevates conversations on mentorship, representation, and impact in STEM. Through keynotes, professional learning, and pathway consultations, he brings clarity, credibility, and conviction to every audience.
